I am an entrepreneur who has always had a passion for food and cooking. Growing up, I was surrounded by business-minded individuals, particularly my parents. From a young age, I was exposed to the world of business and even started working for them at a young age. This experience inspired me to pursue my own business ventures.

My journey in the food industry started with a small food cart business in a small city - Bacolod, Philippines, selling Indian street food. I called it Aloo Delight and it was a hit among the locals. At the age of 21, I took the leap of faith and decided to turn my passion into a full-time business. It was an emotional rollercoaster starting from scratch, but the love and support of my family and friends helped me to push through the challenges.

As my business grew, I decided to take it to the next level and opened my own restaurant called ‘Hello India’. Not only was I the owner, I managed everything from cooking to marketing for the restaurant. I believe that my passion for learning new things and innovating recipes helped me to stand out in the competitive food industry.

One of my proudest achievements is the creation of my best-selling dish, the Samosa Cheeseballs. It is a unique blend of Indian and Filipino flavors that has left customers raving. The dish was so popular that it helped to put my restaurant on the map. Creating that dish was an emotional journey, it was a blend of my Filipino heritage and the Indian cuisine that I loved.

At Hello India, we served a variety of dishes such as Chicken Curry, Chicken Biryani, and Hyderabadi Chicken. All of which were made with the freshest ingredients and cooked to perfection. I put my heart and soul into every dish I served, and it was emotional to see my customers enjoying the food that I created.

I have been cooking since a very young age and my friends would often come over to my house to enjoy my food. It is a dream come true to be able to turn my passion into a successful business.
